What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-5 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 2-14 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 1-3 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at legacybound204@gmail.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us from the time it is received by the customer for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at legacybound204@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 2-14 business days.
What do I do if my package is received damaged?
If a product arrives damaged, the customer is requested to send photos or videos that show the damage. These images will help our Quality Assurance team to identify recurring issues while improving or products. Guidelines are:
- 30 days after delivery
- Receive a part replacement
- Partial refund
- Full Refund after product is sent back and received by supplier
- Full replacement
Note: For partially damaged products, part replacement or partial refund is advised.
What if my product order was out of stock after I ordered and paid for it?
Broken Promise Of Restocking & Order Shipped out time:
Products you ordered were out of stock but suppliers have replenishments on the way to their warehouse. Supplier gave you replenishment & estimated order shipped out time. You agreed with waiting for replenishments. Under this case, your orders still can not be shipped out in any reasons, you're qualified for a full refund.
What if I received the wrong product?
We sincerely apologize, if this has happened. If you receive the wrong product(s), please send photos or videos as proof to valuedcustomer@rubyamore.com. If you do not wish to keep the product(s), we will send you a shipping label to send the goods back. Once we receive the product back, we will ship the correct product that was ordered. You are also eligible for a full refund. We are in charge of the the return shipping fees.
